These Protective Covenants require in several instances that notification of rules or regulations adopted by the Association, or other actions taken by the Association, be noticed to owners of all Lots. This requirement shall be deemed satisfied upon posting of the notice on a designated Association notice board on Association Property or at the Taberna Golf Club, with such notice mailed to the last known address of the owner of each Lot, which notice may be sent with the annual dues statement or otherwise.
